Account Director (Creative Campaigns)

Now, about the opportunity: As an Account Director , you’ll be responsible for leading the agency relationship and delivery of key programs for one of our largest clients, as well as working cross-functionally with agency partners, overseeing priority projects with an internal creative team.

This is a role where you’ll partner with a large tech company to deliver marketing programs and assets that support key strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a big team of the fully embedded resources, track their performance along with the client satisfaction and needs.
  • Lead creative, strategy, and execution across multiple client deliverables, including web, email, and digital advertising/marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with client teams and internal discipline leads, including Creative team leads.
  • Partner with clients on creative briefs to communicate project requirements for design and copywriting teams.
  • Lead cross-functional team to ensure deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to client’s specifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties.

Background & Skills

  • 7+ years of digital agency experience in an account management role.
  • Comfort level working with technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and programs, with experience managing a diverse set of digital marketing and creative programs mapping back to a larger strategy and achieving key objectives. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills. 
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Ability to write a campaign brief and give strong direction to the creative team. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to organize teams across complex projects.
  • A comfort level with data and analytics to measure and optimize programs.
  • High energy, detail-oriented person, with a go-getter, positive attitude; comfortable working autonomously and within groups.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace products preferred.
