Wholesale Customer Service and Invoicing Representative

Job Description:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
  • Manage incoming customer calls & reply to customer inquiries via email
  • Remain up-to-date on product styles to be able to share brand knowledge with customers
  • Input and process orders received by tradeshow events
  • Follow-up with customers regarding their order status
  • Invoice purchase orders & create shipping labels
  • Log fulfilled order info on excel or spreadsheet
  • Process returns & create credit memos as needed
  • Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications as needed
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Professional phone & email etiquette
  • Customer Service in a wholesale fashion industry is a plus!
  • Computer & Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to get along and work with a team
  • 1+ years experience required
  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Experience with EDI is a plus!
  • Experience with ERP system N41 is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
