Job Description:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Manage incoming customer calls & reply to customer inquiries via email
- Remain up-to-date on product styles to be able to share brand knowledge with customers
- Input and process orders received by tradeshow events
- Follow-up with customers regarding their order status
- Invoice purchase orders & create shipping labels
- Log fulfilled order info on excel or spreadsheet
- Process returns & create credit memos as needed
- Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications as needed
- Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Professional phone & email etiquette
- Customer Service in a wholesale fashion industry is a plus!
- Computer & Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Able to get along and work with a team
- 1+ years experience required
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Able to read and write in English
- Authorized to work in the US
- Experience with EDI is a plus!
- Experience with ERP system N41 is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
