Posting Details Travero, Logistics Park Cedar Rapids is currently seeking aWarehouse Customer Service Associate to join our team in Fairfax, IA Responsible for customer account activities that include coordinating and scheduling shipping and receiving appointments, inventory management, carrier and customer communications, and other related support activities.In this role, you will have ownership of assigned accounts for warehouse customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) updates.

– Friday Job Responsibilities Primary AccountabilitiesOwnership of assigned accounts for warehouse customers including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction and warehouse management system (WMS) updates.Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.Provide support for customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-add warehouse projects.Update the warehouse management system (WMS) as needed.Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling, processing, and distributing information.

Job Qualifications Required Experience 3-years of customer service experience Preferred Experience Associate Degree with emphasis in administrative support or related areaPrevious experience working in WMS software platformKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Demonstrated effective planning and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet).Works in a diverse and inclusive environment.Its not just what we do; its how we do it.Live Safety.
