Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in creating a flawless and seamless client experience
  • Lead a team developing project plans, strategies, new business pitches, timelines and status reports for both internal team members and external clients
  • Ensure client retention, build processes to grow repeat client business
  • Establish and build upon team systems and processes
  • Consistently know the status and needs of each client, campaign and influencer
  • Manage the work-flow of team projects between Sales, CS and Execution, including the traffic of materials with the client, all to ensure deadlines are met
  • Lead team to drive strategy, and the pitching of new and innovative campaign ideas
  • Drive conversations for reporting and optimizations for clients
  • Proof all versions of documents, contracts, briefs and reports before each project stage
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors’ degree, or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years’ experience in account management preferred
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Experience with gaming or gaming clients required
  • Familiarity with Influencers strongly preferred
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and get the job done well
  • Strong customer focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
  • Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior leaders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with client materials and product
  • Must be committed and punctual, as well as flexible
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and friendly in a high pressured, deadline-driven environment
