This application can’t even stop for a minute because of how critical it is.
They are not running a 3rd party tool, most of the application is homegrown.Must haves:Experience troubleshooting and working with incidents (This is a true production role, this is not a developer role)Linux backgroundDocker and Kubernetes OR OpenshiftJavaUnderstanding of SpringbootSplunk or similar toolsNeed to know how to read code, but not fix the codeDetailsProduction support of Document Management Systems.Partake in on call rotations, troubleshoot and fix document processing, document and metadata ingestion, api executions.Provide customer support for application issues by reading splunk logs and troubleshooting application services stack.Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.Enhance monitoring/alerting of application.Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality.Own and remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate.Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.Works with less structured, more complex issues Serves as a resource to others Contact: plemmon@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
