Telecommunications Customer Support – Entry Level

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. 
  • Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Support the marketing work of other team members
  • Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience, OR college degree in related field
  • Great communication skills
  • Goal-Oriented
  • Good work ethic
  • Excellent attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills

 

The Customer Service position is entry-level and full time.
