General Summary: The Customer Solutions Representative has P&L responsibility for aftermarket programs from development through sales and fulfillment.
He/she will oversee the planning and sales functions of technical products and services including cost-per-flight-hour (CPFH) programs throughout the Honda Aircraft global operating regions.
In this role, the successful incumbent will create, market and sell aviation service solutions, introduce new products, and grow the aftermarket business potential.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
Design and implement broad-based strategies that promote the Honda Aircraft brand and grow the customer base 2.
Provide competitive analysis and create differentiators that result in revenue growth 3.
Facilitate sales transactions through contract execution, sales orders or other formal instruments 4.
Create business models that support expansion and improved sales opportunities 5.
Achieve growth objectives and meet or exceed sales targets 6.
Actively measure/monitor program penetration rates and act on areas identified for potential expansion 7.
Recommend new or improved products and services based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends 8.
Support continuous improvement and lead or participate in efforts to maximize business process effectiveness 9.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels within the company 10.
Ability to travel as required, and up to 30% of the time 11.
Other duties as assigned by management Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or marketing.
MBA preferred 2.
Five or more years of sales experience and three or more years of P&L responsibility 3.
Detailed knowledge of aviation cost-per-flight-hour programs highly desirable 4.
Experience with high value products and services preferred 5.
Knowledge of aviation products and services including Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) preferred 6.
FAA pilot and/or A&P mechanic certification desirable Knowledge, Skills and Proficiencies: 1.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen 2.
Ability to work under pressure with deadlines 3.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4.
Proficient in prospecting, discovery, active listening and handling objections 5.
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Physical Requirements: 1.
Inc umbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
