We are looking for someone to join our Marketing and E-commerce Department with a background in customer service, sales, and e-commerce.Job DescriptionDeliver superior customer service to our SOHO customers from initial inquiry through order processing, delivery & inquiry.
Drive sales through the increase of orders and assortment with the customer base.
Up-sell items through customer questions and exchanges.
Provide outstanding problem-solving in timely communication.
Manage customer orders to minimize return and exchange issues and possible chargebacks.ResponsibilitiesManage & respond to all incomingcustomer inquiries through to resolutionInput/process incoming customer orders within 24 hoursDevelop knowledge about each customer’s business model & requirementsAssist with consumer questions & exchange claimsRespond to customer emails & request the same day.Monitor shipments, ensuring on-time delivery & pack orders when necessaryMaintain accurate customer filesProactively communicate delays & shipping change informationReduce days to shipEliminate backordersAccurate customer forecasts.Resolve customer complimentsRequired CompetenciesExcellent oral & written communication skills.Fashion Background or salesAt least 1 year of prior relevant work experience.Bachelor’s Degree a plusWorking proficiency in Excel & all Office Suite productsAdept at multi-tasking, high-energy, resourceful, self-starting & flexible.Demonstrate sound decision-making processes and work well under pressure.Innate desire to drive sales & build relationshipsPossesses a sense of urgency and desire to convert inquiries into sales.Excellent organization and time management skillsAble to collaborate and work well with a team as well as autonomously.Job Type: Part-timeExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA 90014 (Required)
