Responsibilities:

– Answers incoming customer phone calls

– Process incoming customer orders

– Enforce company return policy

– Create RMA’s for wholesale & retail customers

– Data entry, order look up, customer follow up.

– Other administrative duties, as required.

These tasks may include and are not limited to: sending out well written/clear emails, giving messages and communicating to other staff members, updating inventory in ERP system.

Requirements:
At least 3 years professional work experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations.

Possess excellent customer service skills.

Personable and professional demeanor.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Ability to write polished correspondence.

Must possess excellent organizational, multitasking and office skills.

Must have experience processing invoices and payments from multiple sales channels.

Must have experience with BOL and packing slips.

Must have experience with UPS WorldShip, Fed ex and USPS Must have experience with Shopify & general eCommerce flows.

Must have an understanding of eCommerce technology.

Customer Service Associate Skills and Qualifications:

Telephone Skills, Returns Policy Enforcement, Superior Verbal Communication, Data Entry Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Basic understanding of Shopify and eCommerce processes, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Interdepartmental Communication, Handles Pressure, and Multi-Tasking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00
– $18.00 per hour
