They’ll be responsible for overseeing the relationships with key clients, including retaining existing business through outstanding campaign delivery, meeting or exceeding client’s KPI’s, and exceptional customer service, while pursuing additional profitable growth opportunities within key accounts.nn nnWhat will you be responsible fornn nnCreate and maintain professional client relationships through regular in-person, phone and email engagement; act as a liaison for the client with all agency departmentsProactively solve problems at all levels, utilizing various leadership and negotiation skills, offering solutions for the benefit of the client and agencyOversee development of media strategies and plans, media campaign execution and creative delivery for clientsProvide regular high-level reporting on client and campaign performance and progressAccountable for maintaining existing and generating incremental revenuesGenerate business-building ideas, marketing insight and solutions for clientsResponsible for client financials for internal forecasting and reportingParticipate in new business development efforts; takes the lead on specific new business efforts, leading idea generation, acting as an integral part of the pitch team, presenting recommendations to prospect, negotiating and closing the businessnn nnWhat are the requirements of the rolenn nn8 to 10 years of media experience, with strong Digital/Performance marketing knowledgeAbility to translate clients’ business, competition and market trends into strategic, actionable plans for core team members to executeStrong interpersonal, communications and persuasive skills; comfortable and effective working with senior-level executivesRobust business acumen, commercial knowledge and strong negotiation skillsQuantitative and qualitative analytic skills to determine results of campaignsPersonable, well-organized and a team playernn nnWhat can you look forward tonn nnConveniently located, dog-friendly officeCompetitive salary and vacation allowance, including summer FridaysFull benefits, including 401K and company matchingComplimentary snacks and coffeeMonthly outings and weekly happy hoursnn
