Senior Customer Service Representative (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with sales, IT and operations you will ensure a smooth customer experience for our B2B customers. 

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward B2B customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to B2B customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with B2B customers through various channel such as Email or Phone
  • Acknowledging and resolving B2B customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Potentially managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • B2B customer experience (CX, Account Mgmt or similar)
  • Experience in Logistics or eCommerce Logistics
  • Familiarity with business communication tools i.e. Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams/Slack etc
  • Customer facing role – customer centric focus
  • Ability to problem solve, listen to the customer, and provide information as necessary
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Salesforce or similar CRM

Desired Skills:

  • eCommerce knowledge (digital tools and platforms i.e. Shipstation, Shopify, marketplaces etc)
  • Logistics knowledge – movement of goods through a supply chain
  • API & related integration & development
