We are currently hiring for Seasonal Support Staff at Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth for our 2021 Summer!
What You’ll Do:
Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats is seeking Seasonal Support staff that will tackle a dual role to join us for a fun and busy summer at the beach! We are looking for hardworking folks who are wanting to exceed guest expectations while teaching and telling the Dogfish story.
Offering excellent dining experiences is a team sport and as such we pride ourselves on offering an environment where the collective effort counts. We are seeking Support Staff that will share in a dual role to join our great team ensuring tables are set and cleared speedy and clean style and our guest’s food is delivered to them in a timely manner!
You’ll be the key ingredient in this recipe by being our Servers’ right-hand peeps and you’ll need do it with a smile & spring in your step!
You will also be knowledgeable of the brand, upcoming events and all Dogfish goodness so you’re able to answer guest questions and provide top tier service!
We need folks who are willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure folks leave pleased, happy and ready to tell their friends about their amazing experience.
We’re super-duper busy all summer long, so having great dependability is essential as you care for beloved local fans and vacationing fans alike.
Having a knack for keeping it safe and sanitary in a fast-paced restaurant will make us delighted as safety and cleanliness are critical to our success.

This is a dual role where some days you will be running food out to our levely guests OR making sure the tables are clean for the next guests to enjoy their time with us!
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a fast past in a high volume restaurant biz and an awesome personality with a healthy dose of flexibility.
You must bring your outgoing personality to the mix to ensure our guests leave with an amazing off-centered experience.
We’re looking for dynamic individuals with a great demeanor, a killer attention for details and a love of hospitality.
Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats serves lunch and dinner seven days a week and this role should have great availability to cover these windows as well as holidays.
Walking regularly throughout the establishment, regularly required to stand.
