Sales Support Specialist

Unique decorative products company is seeking a sales support specialist to cultivate California based interior decorating and construction clients.

Our premium “green” products are featured in high-end homes and businesses locally and around the world.
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who is eager to earn what they are worth, as a bonus is available for sales generated.

Most work will be by phone, but occassionally sales cales may be made to potential customers.

This person will also assist customers in the showroom, and get support from the technical team when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:

– Interest and some knowledge of interior design and/or construction

– Sales experience: developing customer rapport & relationships

– Organized.

Keep track of lead and customer details on the computer system

– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Able to communicate clearly with clients and employees.

– Professional, yet personal and friendly demeanor

– Other desirable traits including being reliable, dedicated, organized, flexible, positive, creative

– Tenacity to exceed personal and company sales goals

– Reliable personal transportation and auto insurance.
