As a Customer Care Sales Representative, you will contribute to the growth of the company by delivering top-notch support and interactions to all of our customers, while seeking innovative ways to improve the customer experience.You will act as the product expert.
You will handle order inquiries and quotes, research order information, and answer questions regarding the product all with a professional touch.
The role will interact with customers, prospects and curious-minded folks through phone, email and chat.
Our team works closely, and as a member of it, you will work as part of a team of customer care sales representatives alongside the Vice President and Sales Director.What you’ll do:Deliver extraordinary customer service through email, phone, live chat, and social mediaFollow up with existing customers to get repeat ordersResearch and cultivate new customersThink creatively about what we can do to optimize each customer’s experienceProvide customer phone support with a friendly demeanorPerfect Candidate:College Students looking to grow their experience and resume.Have experience in other customer service and/or sales jobA diligent worker with the strive to take on more responsibilityExcited for opportunities to learn and constantly improveIntuition for adapting to different customer personalitiesStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsOrganized to the point of being obsessiveBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel preferredThis is full-time paid internship beginning on May 30th and running until August 31st.
Hybrid work schedule Monday to Thursday is in-person in our midtown Manhattan offices, and Friday is remote.
