Operate as part of Government and Contractor technical teams providing acquisition support, project management expertise, and general systems engineering technical knowledge to multiple activities.
Provide systems engineering support in the broad areas of contract requirements generation/review/compliance, space systems technical review and assessment, risk assessment, integration and test, verification and validation, and written technical summaries as required.
Support space based systems.Continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short-term work suspense and rapidly evolving customer needs.Qualifications Required Education and Experience:Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12)years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experienceActive Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI/T5 and have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI for Special Programs.
Must be willing to consent to a Poly.
14+ years of related experience in areas including technical program management, systems engineering, and acquisition within the areas of Space, Space Control, and ReconnaissancePrior Integrations and Test experienceExtensive experience in technical programs, technical program management, and systems engineering of large-scale space and ground systems and/or new start technical demonstration space and ground systems, and manage program system safety needs.In-depth knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition policy and be capable of developing acquisition documentation in support of technical projects.Excellent communication and team skills.COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees are required to adhere with SAIC’s vaccination policy.
