Apply to Alexis Shipman at ashipmanalinestaffing.com or call 586-960-3847 Job Duties: Resolve customer service inquiries or billing complaints Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Call volume is typically 50 to 60 inbound calls per day Schedule: Monday – Friday, open from 8 am – 6 pm CST (7 – 5pm MST) so the shifts will fall between those hours of operation.
Experience: Call center experience Typing of 40 wpm and being able to multitask basic computer skills Interested?
