ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Regional Client Service Administrator Lead to provide unparalleled support for the Information Systems Division (TC) within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform as the onsite lead for all IT field services at that geographic location.
  • Handles day to day tasking of the CSA team
  • Interacts with executive office staff
  • System Administration for Field File Servers.
  • Perform large scale migrations and updates (workstation hardware, phone refreshes/migrations and operating system upgrades)
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance for office moves, relocation’s and closures
  • Understanding of encryption software. For example, McAfee Disk Encryption and Bit locker
  • Setup Hardware (UPS, Server and Networking) for remote configuration from the NOC
  • Ability to setup and troubleshoot mobile devices including MacBook’s, iPads, iPhone and surface pros
  • Install approved software and hardware
  • Perform support duties as directed by the NOC or CSA Support
  • Install software patches, update, and upgrades including remoting into to workstations
  • Troubleshoot, facilitate and resolve communications equipment problems
  • Maintain Internet connectivity for stand-alone computers
  • Track all tasks (Service and Incident Requests) through appropriate ticketing system
  • Prep equipment for shipment
  • Ensuring the proper storage and disposal of DEA equipment
  • Maintain Configuration Management of systems
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of DEA Lab Equipment.
  • Create and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of relevant experience or BS/BA degree OR 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time
  • Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
  • Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
