Public Health Staff Support Analyst

Job Description Healthcare Staffing Professionals has immediate needs for a Staff Support Analyst. The Staff Support Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of a variety of problems in the organization, budget, procedures, systems, program, general management, and personnel. The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/30/21 with potential renewal. Pay Rate- $5696 monthly salary Benefits: Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time, PTO Healthcare Employer Fully Funded Healthcare (Anthem Blue Cross), Dental and Vision, Life Insurance from Initial Start Date. Shifts: M-F Employee will be working a minimum of 8 hours a day between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM. Job Duties a. Perform as the lead role in managing the internal controls and processes for approved client fund distribution methods, and any procurement to support the HVP initiatives; b. Analyze and make recommendations to improve organizational processes or work procedures; c. Assist in budget planning, fiscal oversight, and monitoring of NFP and HVP subcontractors; d. Collect and analyze data, and make recommendations for quality improvement; e. May supervise clerical staff in the preparation and maintenance of administrative reports and records; f. Assist with programmatic reporting documentation required by County, State, and federal agencies; and ensure timely submission of monthly and annual reports, activity tracking forms, implementation updates and other reports as required by HVP and its funders; g. Develop and provide customer service training for staff working with subcontractors; h. Monitor the level of customer service provided to subcontractors; i. Develop and maintain a customer service quality assurance program to improve the quality of customer service provided; j. Serve as a liaison between HVP and its contracted agencies; k. Assist the home visitation evaluation team to develop and implement evaluation protocols across NFP and HVP objectives; and Minimum Qualifications: • Three years’ experience in general administrative staff or specialized staff capacity analyzing and making recommendations for the solution of problems of organization, systems, and procedure, program, facility planning, budget or personnel; and • A valid Class C California Driver’s License, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or ability to secure timely transportation for off-site travel to various community sites throughout Los Angeles County. Desirable Qualifications: • Windows-based laptop or desktop device, with a speaker and mic; • Reliable Wi-fi/internet access; • Associates of Arts/Science degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel, and similar programs; and • Experience writing reports and managing invoicing for contracts.
