ROLE SUMMARY: As a Process Support Manager in the Packaging Department at the Williamsburg Brewery, you will be fully immersed in the business of brewing, packaging, and shipping of some of the world’s most iconic brands.

Process Support Managers drive the execution of strategic initiatives to improve critical KPIs in collaboration with front-line leaders and team members.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a leader in the Packaging Department while promoting our core values of safety and quality.Partner with front-line teams and line managers to drive performance and lead Root-Cause Analysis to resolve production issues and create sustainable improvements.Understand current system capabilities and limitations, problem solve and explore solutions to close gaps using lean manufacturing and six sigma methodology.Ownership of departmental strategic initiatives, execution, and change management to drive long-term process improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively to ensure key stakeholders are informed on project progress, roadblocks, milestone achievements, and resource needs.Comfortable working in both an ambiguous and autonomous role as well as one of team support and collaboration across the brewery.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred.High technical aptitude and strong data analysis skills to drive process improvements.Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to lead by example with safety and quality as your core values.Background working in unionized environment preferred.Clear experience utilizing change management principles to drive projects to completion and implement sustainable solutions.Willingness to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
