Order Processing for Manufacturing Company . ..Temp to Hire – $12 – $15 per hour to start – Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.Wonderful Company, Excellent Benefit package, Positive work environment, busy office, company is growing and adding to their staff..Temp to Hire.$12 – $15.6:30am to 3:00pm.Looking for someone with great work ethics and who has Manufacturing work experience..· Manage the daily open order report, back orders, RMA and be familiar with shipping terms · Manage an approximately 200 orders a day, interact with customers by phone, fax, and e-mail. Resolve customer’s questions (equipment, pricing, ship dates, ship-to address and quantities· Promptly answer the Customer Service queue· Monitors CSR assistance e-mail and reply to customers· Determines charges for orders, customers ship-to address numbers set up, changes on model numbers, quantity, or/and delivery date per customer request · Obtains credit card information and executes paid in advance order· Track shipments through carrier’s website· Responsible for processing sales quotes from potential and existing customers · Daily interaction and communication with various departments
- 1 to 3 years Manufacturing Customer Service and Account Management experience*
. · Experience with JDE (preferred).· Ability to type 45 wpm, and data entry of 10 key by touch.· Must have basic knowledge of accounting.· Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.· Ability to create internal / external correspondence.· Able to work in fast pace environment.· Strong communications skills (Able to clearly communicate in English).· Detail and accuracy (An absolute must).
