* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Previous experience in a customer support role.* Prior banking experience preferred.* Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.* Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email.* Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.* Adaptability and accountability.* Bilingual in English & Korean.
