· Pick merchandise accurately in warehouse and transport to packing areaPack merchandise in appropriate packaging for shipment.
· Receive product and verify contents
· Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log
· Unload containers of product and restock shelves
· Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately Ship merchandise to customersIn Addition the Online Customer Service Rep.
will:Answer Customer phone calls, and e-mails.Identify and correct problems, recommend and implement solutions to customer issues.Coordinate with Department Supervisor to set and follow through with customer service goals.Monitor and maintain quality standards by determining job procedures are being followed.Train ,or assist in training and developing new or veteran employees and provide requested observations for individual performance evaluations.Monitor and maintain all safety procedures and guidelines.Perform any other assigned duties as directed by upline management.Candidate must have excellent communication skills.Multi-tasking is a must.Detail OrientedTo perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
