Job Details
- Support pre-sales conversations with high-importance customers, including system planning, integration support, and system optimization
- Provide post-sales technical support and deliver training in the field
- Write application notes and support documentation for innovative reference designs
- Work with IP radios, TCP/IP protocol, and networking
- Operate in a Linux environment
- Ensure excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites
You should know some of the following:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- If no degree, years of experience are considered as well
- OpenWRT is a PLUS
- Linux
- Mesh Networking
