Experience and Required Skills Coordinate email account creation when requests come in for new personnel or initiate accounts transfer for staff who are coming from other departments. Install and deploy new equipment. Maintain Windows updates and Anti-Virus definitions are up to date to ensure workstation integrity and security. Creates, modifies security groups per request from dept authorization personnel (e.g Liaison to ITA) Creates, deploys, and manages printers access for departmental staff Resolving network connectivity issues, resolving Intranet and Internet access, and troubleshooting printing issues. Coordinates departmental technical work installing, maintaining and supporting desktop computers Local Area NetworkWide Area Network (LANWAN). Work with the department to analyze the technologies needed. Work with the department on getting budget to upgrade out of date technology such as end of life support from hardwaresoftware vendors (e.g computer model, Windows version). Installs, customizes, and maintains the operating system. Installs or upgrades products that run on the system. Response to security breach when we get notification from ITA Security Office. Provides on-going support to staff IT problems. Provides on-goin support for mobile devices. Provides support for staff to work remotely. Provides support for all audiovideo equipment for teleconferencingVirtual meetings. Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of study, or equivalent IT work experience.
