Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3-year experience in as Sales Admin, Customer Service and/or related role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Languages: Bilingual, English and Spanish, is strongly preferred.
- Other Skills:
- Attention to detail; demonstrate passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
- Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion

Job Description:
Our Manufacturing Customer Service Representative (internal title: Customer Service Representative) is responsible for achievement of accurate and efficient order processing while maintaining the accuracy of the order management data. Responsibilities include order fulfilment, customer communication and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Notifies customer and designated personnel of findings, adjustments, and recommendations such as exchange of merchandise, refund of money, credit of customer’s account, or adjustment of customer’s bill.
- Recommends to management improvements in product, packaging, shipping methods, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future complaints of similar nature.
- Inputs information into computer to retain and obtain records.
- Investigates overdue and damaged shipments or shortages in shipments for common carrier
- Responds to calls, voicemails and emails from customers
- Act as an internal liaison between the sales, marketing, customer service and accounting departments
- Assists with internal document flow: onboarding customers, ensuring all documentation is collected and managed accordingly
- Responsible for deduction management, budgeting and forecasting
- Consistently follows up with departments on time sensitive information and documentation
- Works closely with distributors and brokers
- Creates and compiling reports with Excel
