· Manage the daily open order report, back orders, RMA and be familiar with shipping terms
· Manage an approximately 200 orders a day, interact with customers by phone, fax, and e-mail.
Resolve customer’s questions (equipment, pricing, ship dates, ship-to address and quantities
· Promptly answer the Customer Service queue
· Monitors CSR assistance e-mail and reply to customers
· Determines charges for orders, customers ship-to address numbers set up, changes on model numbers, quantity, or/and delivery date per customer request
· Obtains credit card information and executes paid in advance order
· Track shipments through carrier’s website
· Responsible for processing sales quotes from potential and existing customers
· Daily interaction and communication with various departments1 to 3 years Manufacturing Customer Service and Account Management experience*.
· Experience with JDE (preferred).
· Ability to type 45 wpm, and data entry of 10 key by touch.
· Must have basic knowledge of accounting.
· Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Ability to create internal / external correspondence.
· Able to work in fast pace environment.
· Strong communications skills (Able to clearly communicate in English).
