Job Description Dynamic growing Personal Injury law firm in El Segundo is seeking to hire a Legal Intake Manager for Intake Legal Department.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with Personal Injury background.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing the Intake team as well as setting policies and procedure for that department.
Track and report to marketing group with input on actual marketing claims.
Training and setting up training for intake personnel.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is someone with great leadership and time management skills.
Someone who can work under pressure and produce results with minimal supervision.
This person is someone who can apply a common sense approach to problem solving and who possesses strong computer/tech skills, organization skill, has the ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions on the behalf of the firm.
He/she should also have good critical thinking skills to assist with marketing decisions to help increase case volume.
Candidates who are fluent in Spanish and/or possess marketing experience are highly desirable.
Salary commensurate with experience and skill set.
