Position: Insurance CSR Customer Service Rep
B2 Insurance Services is seeking a currently licensed insurance CSR (Customer Service Rep) to serve clients with all lines of insurance to include auto, home, life, health, disability, commercial general liability, workers compensation and employment liability.
Responsibilities
Work closely with insurance companies and clients Maintain current knowledge of plan options Communicate fit directions to factories
Requirements
Must be Property Casualty Licensed Must have 3 years of experience with a Mercury Insurance or brokerage Ability to check, correct and make sure applications are complete Ability to meet deadlines Excellent work ethic Must be a team player Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel and other (list what they need) software
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or equivalent in insurance sales experience.
