Our client is looking for a seasoned IT Support Specialist on Contract for a duration of 12 months.
Resource should be able to go the office in LA in next couple of months.
For now will work fully remote but back to office in Sep.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
5-10+ years within the studio (incl.
marketing, publicity, post, etc) or corporate technology (laptops/workstations, video conferencing, streaming devices, etc) including experience with office applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Final Draft, Movie Magic, Evercast, Setkeeper, Office, Adobe, etc.)
IT Experience:
Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications and SSO: G-Suite including Gmail, Calendaring, Drive, Docs, Sites, and Groups In-depth knowledge of and the ability to perform troubleshooting on macOS, Windows 10 and various applications including Microsoft Office and Adobe software Solid working knowledge of Apple and Google hardware including laptops, desktop workstations, and mobile devices Mobile devices including Apple iPhone and Google Pixel (Android)
