In-Person Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Austin – TX

Adecco is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representative (CSR) jobs for our client site in the City of Austin, TX.

In this role you will assist customers with health insurance related questions, take customer calls, process orders, and provide issue resolutions.

Adecco is hiring immediately for this CSR position, so consider applying now Requirements: Position will start as remote CSR, however, will transfer to an onsite location in Austin in the future.

Minimum 6 months Health Insurance customer service experience Minimum 1 year Call Center experience required.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and MS Office Minimum Typing Speed of 30 wpm.

Must be available for an 8-hour shift from 7am-7 pm.
