Law firm is seeking Help Desk Support to assist Firm users.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform onsite and remote technical support
- Gather, analyze and document information related to IT issues
- Ability to research issues and problems independently
- Provision new workstations and mobile devices
- Manage IT assets and inventory
- Basic administration of the telecommunication systems including the phone system
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in projects
- Miscellaneous IT tasks and duties
Qualifications:
- Exceptional skills in organizational dynamics and communication
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Two plus years supporting PC hardware and software in an office environment
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat DC, iPhone/iPad
- Some experience with supporting SIP telephone systems is preferred
- Excellent planning, organizing, and writing skills.
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
- Interest in learning about new systems and device
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be resourceful, take initiative, and make recommendations
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times with respect to Firm’s business and Firm’s personnel
- Experience working in an Entertainment or other Premier Service Firm preferred
