No industry experience is necessary but pay rate will depend on relevant experience.

Responsibilities include: Answer high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system Direct customer inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate person or department Communicate with customers, schedule and confirm service appointments Enter notes and update customer information Schedule maintenance or service work for technicians Dispatch technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests Update dispatch calendar when appointments are made with our industry specific software Utilize the GPS system to adequately dispatch technicians Ensure accuracy of our customer records Work with other office staff to adequately provide excellent service our customers Assist in invoicing service calls that are performed by technicians Retrieve messages from our answering service Assist in other office tasks and supporting other departments as needed This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM position.
Skills and Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is required Experience in an Office Environment is strongly preferred Experience and knowledge of MS Office is strongly preferred High School Diploma or Equivalent Results of a Criminal Background check must meet Company standards Company Description A.J.

Our business primarily serves residential customers, but we have some small commercial accounts.
Our service area is comprised of locations that are primarily within thirty minutes from our Bedford, NH office.
