Client Care AssociatePosition Mission:The Client Care Associate ensures exceptional experience for clients and vendors.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining profitable client relationships through customer service support, which includes but not limited to transcript status inquires, quotes on cost of services, upgrading orders, and general support.

Associates support the Manager in all departmental objectives including streamlining workflows, maximizing support tools to their full potential, and most critically, serving clients in a friendly, timely and accurate way.The Client Care Associate embodies the culture, vision and core values of the organization and pursues a team mindset through active collaboration and problem solving.Expectations: Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every client via telephone or email in a professional manner; respond to requests with clear and concise correspondence to internal and external personnel Ability to work independently and autonomously Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effectively meet key performance metrics Maintain a high level of confidentiality with regards to all internal and external matters and other material as deemed necessary Ability to effectively utilize conflict resolution skills and internal escalation protocols to mitigate client issues and concernsMinimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Proficient in Excel Strong attention to details Must be dependable, reliable, and flexible with a strong work ethicPreferred Skills: Customer Service experience Knowledge of legal industry Strong organizational skills
