We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Representatives with a successful performance record to join the Thedinger Distribution Family.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is able to work from our Los Angeles, CA Sales Office.

ECOMMERCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AVAILABLE (Must live in Los Angeles Area)
– In charge of all TD eCommerce Stores and Customer Service
POSITION SKILL REQUIREMENTS
– Preferably 2+ years experience in 12v industry
– Experience or knowledge of selling on eBay/Amazon/PayPal
– Good writing and verbal skills with the ability to type quickly and efficiently
– Detail oriented
– Proficient Computer Skills and ability to use our proprietary software for order entry and fulfillment
– Multitasking
– Good with people
– A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
– Conduct business according to company values
– Experience in and knowledge of the 12v market
– Must enjoy spending time on phone and computer
– Must excel at Internet research
– Superior real-time social media skills to increase ecommerce sales
– Generate new business
– Responsible for hitting monthly sales goals of the business
– Deliver on a timely basis any promises made to customer regarding products and services
– Continuously analyze customer business (inventory, sales trend, financial status, etc.).
– Establish and develop relationships with all customers, coworkers, and staff.
– Submit weekly plan every Sunday to VP of Sales, National Sales Director, and CEO.
– Submit weekly performance reports (what you did during the week) every Friday evening to VP of Sales, National Sales Director, and CEO.
Duties
-Include creating listings on eBay/Amazon/Website
-Optimize product listing with contents and keywords to ensure the best exposure and search rankings
-Maintain/Improve feedback & detailed seller rating
-Be able to answer emails and phone calls from customers in a timely manner
-Handling returns from customers
-Packing and shipping
