E-Commerce Customer Service Manager

Based in Los Angeles, 2.7 August Apparel is America’s fast-fashion clothing company offering B2B services, from design to manufacturing and wholesale.

Now, we offer multi brands to you like Endless rose, English factory, Grey Lab, Free the Roses, La’ ven, After Market, and our lovely kids’ line Recess Kids.

We are looking for a customer service manager to join our team.

Ecommerce customer service
Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
Active listening skill with a strong knowledge of varieties of retail products
Ability to interact with and understand customers’ needs and suggest them right products
Strong skills in resolving customer issues and ensuring continued loyalty from patrons
Strong passion for customer service and teamwork
Matured and professional to exercise sound judgment when dealing with customer issues
Loyal, reliable, and punctual individual with excellent track record of boosting sales
Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Experience in apparel company is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
