Description Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: +Answering multiple phone lines +Physically checking customers in +Booking domestic and export airfreight shipments +Data entry +Ensure timely movement of cargo from origin to destination +Ability to communicate effectively to customers and management Requirements Physical Requirements: +Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 35lbs +Must be able to stand on your feet for an 8 to 10 hour shift +Able to get quickly between warehouse and operations many times per hour +Work in cold storage environment +Basic computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, outlook, excel and word.
