Development Support/Application Support

Job Description: Position Summary Assists with developing and stream lining the current environment support process.

Monitor platform, investigate and resolve issues, assist development, QA and UAT teams for Code deployments, batch execution and environment analysis support.

Works closely with upstream and downstream applications and a geographically distributed team.

Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); Analyzes test reports, identifies any test issues/errors; Triages the underlying cause.

Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Participates, contributes and can coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events.

e.g.

branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes.

Individual contributor.

Role Description: Environment Support/Troubleshooting Client Support and Communication CICD Deployments Release Management Support Required Skills Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience Total of 5 years of Work Experience 2 years of hands-on experience with Build/Deploy, Dev/Environment Support.

Strong debugging skills , problem solving skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Strong at Jira/Ansible/Datical deployments experience Deep understanding of SOAP, REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, IAM (oAuth, JWT, SAML etc) for troubleshooting purposes.

Should have knowledge SOAPUI and Splunk tools.
