What you will achieveThe Services Modernization Business Architect is key to the inception, planning, and sequencing of technology and serve as a key partner to the business they support.
The core aspect of this role is to translate strategy and the customer journey into technical goals and capability increments focusing on case management and work order capabilities and the service offers they support.You WillWork to ensure alignment between business strategies, customer journey, and the information technology roadmap throughout the project lifecycleIdentifies business drivers and anticipates future business and technology requirementsExhibits a high level of professional flexibility and volunteers innovative new and creative ideasResearches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and the potential application to the business strategiesStrategic planning and project analysis in conjunction with segment, domain and other solution and enterprise architectsOwns the creation and management of business architecture slideware, simplifying a complex subject matter for leadership to understand and absorb the capability journey.
