Customer Support Specialist

Description: The Customer Support Representative will be primarily responsible for answering customer’s calls and e-mail requests for technical support.

– Each rep will have the daily goal of answering 40 calls and 40 e-mails.

The first call resolution goal is 90%.

– Every rep will troubleshoot customer’s complaints via the telephone to ensure problem resolution and will initiate an exchange of product in MAS200 if necessary and testing of defective product.

-Though primarily involved in the support of graphics cards, system memory, power supplies, SSD etc, each req will also be responsible to troubleshoot general PC issues and server/network products as necessary.

– Each rep will be involved in hands on testing/troubleshooting of new and existing products.

This includes problem simulation/resolution.
