Customer Support Center Representative

Join the VPLS team! We are seeking a Customer Support Center Representative to add to our Los Angeles team. This is a full-time role that rotates between three shifts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first line of contact for all inbound Customer Support issues via phone, online chat, email, or through the trouble ticketing system
  • Deliver appropriate action for each call or chat or ticket by answering questions, help diagnose problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and follow the companys guidelines
  • Follow company procedures to analyze and assess routine client issues by utilizing the tools provided
  • Document each client inquiry and resolution
  • Follow up with the client after problem resolution to ensure that all issues have been resolved

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Deductive reasoning skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
