Customer Support Associate

We’re looking for a high-energy individual with knowledge of customer service and the rideshare industry to join our Las vegas team full-time.

Your job will be to meet with and handle service requests for our customers, professional drivers who work for Uber and Lyft, in our office in Hendeson, NV.

You will have the opportunity to lead our on-site operations, analyze trends in customer management, and develop processes Benefits: 15 PTO days Health and dental contribution plans Team lunches New office location Responsibilities: Be the first-line support for all customer interactions in person, on the phone, and via email Complete driver onboarding (pricing, contract execution, vehicle matching) Utilize knowledge of the New York rideshare industry to provide best-in-class support Requirements: Customer service experience with rock-solid communications skills Passion for customer service and working with many different types of people Insane attention to detail Ability to juggle and prioritize different tasks Spanish proficiency is a plus Availability to work weekends and holidays About Drive Sally: About Sally Our mission is to be the most trusted vehicle and service provider across all markets.

Pay: $22
– $25 / hour
