Our team members are innovative, technologically sophisticated, and motivated to achieve.Learn more about working here!This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a customer service role in a branch or office that is supporting Small Business Banking or Consumer clients and interested in moving into Commercial Banking operations.Customer Service Specialist is based in our downtown Los Angeles office (The Block) and supports all commercial banking verticals. This is a client facing support role that will partner with Relationship Managers (sales) to care and maintain existing clients, onboard new account relationships, gather documentation, and act as main point of contact for questions and/or issues.Accessible by subway (purple and red lines / 7th & Fig station) and flexible schedule start between 7 and 9:30 AM. Maintain strong client relationships through regular client contact Act as liaison between customer/prospect, Commercial Relationship Manager(s), and other business partners Work effectively with business partners in Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, BSA/Compliance to ensure appropriate solutions within the bank’s policy and procedures guidelines Fulfill service requests from clients and recommend additional banking solutions, as identified Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, including the development of reports and procedures, implementation tasks, and client training Other general support activities as needed by business unit High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years’ banking (teller, call center, sales, service etc.) Exposure to databases, ERP, or CRM (i.e. Jack Henry, Salesforce etc.)Preferred: Bachelors degree Commercial banking Knowledge of Jack HenryPre-Employment Drug Test:All offers are contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, which includes screening for marijuana.
