GreenCoast has teamed up with Hydrobuilder Holdings to create the second largest omni-channel retailer of specialty agriculture and hydroponics equipment and supplies in the United States, and the largest by revenue in California, serving commercial and hobbyist growers of agricultural products through online, retail and warehouse direct channels.We are looking to add an RMA/Logistics coordinator to assist in the coordination of logistics, 3PL, drop ships, manage the RMA and logistics process in our DTLA distribution center. This role will be heavily involved with day-to-day operations.Primary Duties* Oversee the entire Returns & Warranty Process* Master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment,* Critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving complex issues* Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships* Successfully work with multiple departments to address ETA’s, logistics, and returns questions.* Receive packages returned by customers, open, inspect and verify reason for the return* Accurately process return/replacement request by customers re-pack, re-label and palletize items
