We are a busy 4 doctor practice in the Atwater Village/Silverlake area of Los Angeles. We are looking for a receptionist to join team. Want a great work life balance and excellent benefits? We may be the right place for you!
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Directing clients to appropriate hospital personnel
Checking in and out patients and the overall flow of the visit
Processing payments
Must be able to:
Multi-task
Complete tasks in a fast paced environment
Utilize digital records (Cornerstone Practice Management Software)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
