Join a group of people who care about one another, support each other, and challenge you to pursue excellence.ROLE: As a member of the Alliance Door Products sales team, the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative II (Residential) will deliver the highest level of customer service and sales support, thereby strengthening customer relationships and contributing to profitable new business opportunities for the organization.
HOURS: Monday
– Friday, 40 Hours per Week RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as the primary customer contact:Problem-solve customer needs ensuring frequent communication with Outside Sales members.Process customer calls, quotes, information requests, requests for RMA’s, order delays, backorders and track order status and confirmations in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.Follow up and provide feedback on customer quotations.Follow established company pricing guidelines and generate MOs.Detail new customer orders prior to handing off to order entry or purchasing, ensuring all required information is provided.Manage your open order file daily, ensuring all ship dates are up to date and correct.CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for driving change and delivering results through commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Experience working in customer service office environment.Familiarity with the door and/or millwork industry, or building industry is preferred.Proven attention to detail, accuracy of work, and commitment to quality.Must be able to communicate concisely and clearly in both written and verbal exchange.Experience with Microsoft Office products.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Related college degree preferred (not required).COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive Wage
