Customer Service Representative (Custom Department)

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, navigating customers through the ordering process , and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Work with customers to define custom product/apparel needs.
  • Educate customers on the ordering process.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Computer skills of Excel (or Google Sheets), MS Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
