The Now is a real estate development and in-house management company with over 60 properties in the greater Los Angeles area.
We are seeking an extremely driven candidate with management experience (preferably in a residential and commercial setting) to handle customer service and tenant interaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the main channels of communication for our Customer Service department (email and phones).
They will also work closely with our other departments regarding tenant issues that include, but are not limited to:
· Notices
· Eviction
· Mediation
· Organization
· Property Inspections
· Lease and contracts
Skills and Qualifications:
College Degree preferred or minimum three-year experience in the real estate field
Ability to work flexible hours, days, and holidays
Basic understanding of Yardi
Excels under pressure
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively.
