Customer Service Representative and Intake/Call Center

The law firm of Parker Stanbury LLP is a full – service law firm providing legal service, advice and representation in many areas of law.

We are looking to add 1 new member to our Call Center team.

The Intake Representative serves as the first point of contact for the firm’s callers.

We fully train, so experience in the legal industry is not required.

Responsibilities

* Answer/handle a high volume of inbound calls

* Actively listen, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry members as needed.

* Communicate professionally

* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

* High School Diploma, or equivalent

* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information relayed is essential.

* Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling upset callers and offering solutions to their problems and knowing when to escalate.

* Reliable attendance

* Type minimum of 40 WPM

* Call Center/phone experience is a MUST!!

* Strong multi-tasking capability

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines

Schedule

* Dayshift

* Full-time
– 8:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday

* In office training, ability to work from home after training period.

* Salary: $17.00/hr.
