Job Requirements: Assist with scheduling appointments Handle inbound and place outbound calls to clients for scheduling Answer client questions, including email correspondence Coordinate with customers and other staff members to conduct meetings and troubleshoot issues with tools on your cell phone, computer or other mobile devices We are looking for candidates with: High energy and the ability to multitask Proven customer service skills Proficiency in using multiple systems to schedule, handle customer questions, etc.
